What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Mill Set Up Operator position at Quantum Technical Services, Inc?
Food Equipment Manufacturer located in Frankfort, IL is looking for a CNC Mill Set Up and Operate MILLING MACHINES. Producing parts from stainless steel, alloy steel, and various plastics. Experience with operating Fadal, Doosan & Hass Milling Centers a plus. Pay rate will be based on experience.
CNC Milling Setup/Operator Qualifications required:
- Load existing programs, edit programs at the machine as needed, and work from drawings, sketches, solid models, and verbal instructions.
- Ability to quickly set up and run jobs in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to consistently hold tolerances of /- .002”
- Position requires a high degree of flexibility to quickly shift tasks as priorities demand.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
