Job Description: Cybersecurity Manager

Quantum Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead IT cybersecurity efforts for the Army National Guard (ARNG) National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region (NCR) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) IT Support Services contract. This role involves managing all aspects of cybersecurity, including managing the risk of operating a network and providing CCRI and C&A support and tracking. The Cybersecurity Manager will advise and support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region (NCR) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) on cybersecurity-related matters. Experience with the National Guard and/or defense-related programs is strongly preferred.
Duties:
• Oversee all areas of IT cybersecurity to ensure the security and integrity of the NGB NCR NEC network infrastructure.
• Manage cybersecurity risk assessments and advise leadership on remediation and mitigation strategies.
• Provide CCRI and C&A (Certification and Accreditation) support and tracking.
• Implement and oversee compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, standards, and frameworks.
• Utilize ITIL-based practices to ensure efficient cybersecurity service management.
• Lead and manage the use of cybersecurity tools, including Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Host-Based Security Solution (HBSS), and Tanium, to enhance network security and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address evolving cybersecurity threats and implement proactive measures.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, policies, and procedures in alignment with federal and DoD standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• IAM Level III Certification. . CISM, CISSP , or CCISO
• A minimum of five years of experience managing cybersecurity for a DoD agency, including working with requirements, infrastructure, and tools similar to those of this task order.
• ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
Desired:
• Experience managing and using cybersecurity tools such as ACAS, HBSS, and Tanium.
• A relevant educational degree in fields such as Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting National Guard or defense-related programs.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance.
