We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Supply Chain to join our team in Centennial, CO! This leadership role is pivotal in controlling, scheduling, and managing the entire flow of production from the acquisition of raw materials to the distribution of finished products. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in various supply chain areas, including purchasing, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Supply chain strategy execution : collaborate and implementation of effective supply chain strategies that enhance and drive improvements in product delivery processes.
- Inventory oversight : manage overall inventory levels for specific portions of the supply chain and practices to maintain a balance between supply and demand while minimizing waste and enhancing product availability.
- Data-driven process improvement : utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing supply chain process, driving efficiencies, and improvements throughout operations.
- Cost savings initiatives : identify and implement opportunities for savings within supply chain, contributing to overall financial objectives and operational excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration : foster strong relationships with internal teams as well as external partners, such as suppliers and distributors. Work collaboratively with these stakeholders to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance the efficacy of the entire supply chain function.
- Mentorship and leadership : build, mentor, and lead a high performing supply chain team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while nurturing professional growth within the team.

Anticipated Salary Range : $180,000 - $240,000 annually for qualified applicants.
The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge / education, skills / abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
