As a Quantum Wellness Spa Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact and champion of exceptional service for our valued members. You'll weave your magic by warmly welcoming members, managing appointments with precision, and acting as a Quantum navigator, guiding them through our unique holistic and quantum energy offerings to personalize each journey. You'll be an experienced architect, anticipating member needs and proactively creating a smooth and relaxing experience from booking to departure, all while fostering a welcoming environment and building rapport to contribute to our vibrant spa community. The Role: Concierge

Job Summary: Imagine being the welcoming guide ushering guests on a journey beyond a typical spa experience. As a Quantum Wellness Spa Concierge, you'll be the face of our mission, crafting exceptional service and leading clients through our unique zones dedicated to holistic and quantum energy well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with genuine warmth and guide them through their personalized spa experience, ensuring every step is smooth and exceeds expectations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages, providing timely and informative responses to member inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively follow up with members after their spa visits to ensure their satisfaction, address any questions, and encourage their continued wellness journey.
• Become a cross-trained expert on all our spa equipment and zones, confidently guiding clients through our Quantum Energy Bed, Bodywork & Massage therapies, and Eastern & Western-inspired treatments.
• Build rapport with clients through exceptional communication skills, engaging in conversations that identify their goals and recommend personalized wellness plans.
• Become a champion for client satisfaction, ensuring their needs are met and every experience reflects the high standards of Quantum Wellness Spa.
• Work alongside our Spa Manager and Lead Concierge in building the Quantum community.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in spas or hospitality is preferred.
• Excelling in written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledgeable or willing to embrace opportunities to expand your knowledge of diverse wellness practices and spa treatments.
• Possessing the ability to identify client needs and recommend personalized wellness plans that include spa services and products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Physical Demands: Must be comfortable standing for long periods moving throughout the spa, and be able to lift 30 lbs.
