Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Develop workflows, plugins, and custom modules.
- Implement and maintain custom entities, relationships, and fields.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
- Manage data import, export, and migration tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular data quality checks.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Perform unit testing and support QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes and configurations.
- Support users in resolving issues and optimizing their use of the CRM system.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
- Follow best practices in software development and CRM implementation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Experience with CRM customization, including custom entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively..
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
