What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Attendant position at Quarterdeck Resort?
- Provides prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests in the Social building and pool area.
- Assist guests as needed inside and in pool area of the Social Building.
- Performs pre and post shift side work.
- Enters transactions using resort POS system. Ensures daily transactions are maintained and provided to Restaurant Manager.
- Ensures all games are clean, and in working condition. Follows up with appropriate Maintenance staff with game and/or Social building maintenance needs.
- Ensures onsite change machine is in working condition. Follows up with appropriate Maintenace staff with change machine maintenance needs.
- Maintains and cleans outside pool area as needed. Stocking pool towels – both inside and outside as needed.
- Additional duties may be added as needed.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent. Basic read, writing and math. Ability to read, speak, write and understand the primary language of the workplace.
EXPERIENCE: Previous Guest Service experience in a hotel or commercial building preferred. Customer service and interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS: Must meet legal age requirements of the state.
