Responsibilities

- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to continuously improve HR processes.
- Venture out to the community (i.e. various job fairs) to recruit staff when an opportunity presents itself.
- Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, performance evaluations, and other HR documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
