Overview :
Quartz is seeking an Associate IT Service Process Analyst to join our IT Service Process and Solution Delivery team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining existing Core IT service management process documentation, producing and analyzing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, plan and implement process improvements in collaboration with leaders / analysts, administering service management processes, etc.

This position can work hybrid or on-site from our Madison, WI office. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
