Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Vice President of Alliance Partnerships for our Mid-Market Enterprise division to lead and expand our strategic partnerships. This position will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key software and professional services partners, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and maximizing the impact of our alliances.

This is a remote position but does require the candidate to live in the United States. Travel to various Quatrro locations and client offices may be necessary, as well as a physical presence at company meetings.

Role Overview :

The position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for our partner ecosystem. To build, nurture, and expand relationships with top software vendors, consulting firms, and other key strategic partners to drive revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in partner management, business development, and strategic alliances within the software and professional services space.

Strategic Partnership Development :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with key software vendors, system integrators, consulting firms, and cloud providers.
  • Drive joint business planning with partners, including revenue goals, market expansion strategies, and co-innovation initiatives.

Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor for key partners, fostering trust, collaboration, and mutual growth.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms around revenue sharing, joint marketing, and service delivery.
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners, including executive briefings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and go-to-market alignment meetings.
  • Go-To-Market Execution :

  • Lead joint go-to-market (GTM) efforts, including co-selling strategies, demand generation, and solution packaging.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop partner enablement programs, co-branded campaigns, and joint events.
  • Drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration through partner-led and partner-assisted sales motions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership :

  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure strong partner alignment.
  • Influence internal stakeholders to prioritize and support alliance-driven initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to leadership on partnership performance and strategic opportunities.
  • Performance and Metrics :

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including partner-influenced revenue, deal registrations, and joint GTM success metrics.
  • Regularly report on partnership health, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategies based on market trends, competitive insights, and business objectives.
  • Experience and Skills Requirements :

  • 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within the software and professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-impact alliances with major software vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) and / or global consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems and align multiple stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Extent of Public Contact :

  • Frequently serves as a representative of Quatrro to various organizations within the industry and broader community, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Continually serves as a representative of Quatrro to the clients, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Frequently negotiates contracts, answers questions from accounting staff, and interacts with division corporate staff.
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Partner Accreditation, Microsoft Partner Program) are a plus
  • Strong domain knowledge with good knowledge of various technology platforms used in the industry
