Summary / objective
Interacts with Customers, Distributors, and outside sales force via incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes to process orders and resolve issues with customer accounts. Calls on assigned sales territories to sell Aftermarket products and inform customers of new products and monthly specials. Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers. Works with outside sales forces to secure Aftermarket sales and develop leads.
Essential Functions
- Sell and process orders of traditional Aftermarket products to centers.
- Service inbound phone calls.
- Process Distributor orders and inquiries.
- Process Bowlero orders and inquiries.
- Work closely with assigned RSMs / DSMs to maintain a common sales strategy and share information.
- Execute prioritized call lists,
- Upsell and cross-sell at all opportunities.
- Gain market share from competitors.
- Develop customer relationships.
- Monitor and service Customer Service voicemail box.
- Administer Customer Service inbox.
- E-shop customer onboarding.
- Promote eShop adoption.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Work Environment
While performing these duties, the employee will regularly work in the Richmond office.
