Hours : 18 - 24 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Assistant to support a busy executive in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage and prioritize email correspondence, assist with Excel-based tasks, and create various reports by collecting and analyzing data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and prioritize the email inbox efficiently.
- Send communications on behalf of the executive.
- Organize documents in shared folders.
- Make requests for information to internal and external customers.
- Collect and organize data to create various reports.
- Assist with creating and updating various Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support executive.
