Queen Anna House Of Fashion in Minneapolis, MN, is looking for one stylist sales associate to join our small outgoing, client-centered team. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, reliable, attentive, ambitious, and trustworthy. Retail Sales is a must to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
/ Facilitate, Manage, Delegate tasks to sales team; adhering to policy and procedures.
/ Manage schedules, daily goals, and objectives.
/ Prioritize and manage brands, vendors, and/or product lines to ensure accurate visual representation.
/ Instill brand integrity.
/ Work in tandem with Strategist/General Manager on product and promotion creation.
/ Collaborate with Social Media Manager with content creation; and product promotion.
/ Assist Strategist/General Manager with fashion strategy & client analytics.
/ Monitor business performance/trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly, pinpoint risk areas accurately, and propose an appropriate action plan.
/ Partner with Queen Anna OPC sales teams, social media teams, and outside parties to develop actionable strategies for fashion.
/ Engage customers with new product promotion, design, and information.
/ Deliver and empower sales teams with selling and client connection strategies.
Essential Skills and Experience Requirements
/ Previous retail experience in a Women's store or department for more than 1 year is a requirement. If you do not have the necessary experience, please do not apply.
/ Knowledge of Shopify is desirable
/ Exceptional communication skills
/ Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build, maintain, and empower relationships in all scopes of the business
/ Experience with hospitality is desirable
