Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and assist with event planning
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle order entry and maintain organized records
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and organizing files
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the front desk area is tidy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a chiropractic/medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and order processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
