We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills, an upbeat enthusiastic and positive demeanor, and prior customer service experience to join our team! This position will be at our corporate office and work on the builder support team. You will be responsible for coordinating with builders and assisting customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving any issues.

- Offer outstanding customer service regarding information about our products, services, or deliveries
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Administrative Support
What We Are Looking For...
- Previous experience with solid tenure in customer service - builder support is a plus, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients, contractors, builders, and customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
