ROLE: PLM Support Representative
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a PLM Implementation Administrator, you will be working with our clients to manage their custom Fusion Manage (PLM) implementation to maintain day in and out tasks like creating users and importing/maintaining customer data. In addition to these administrative tasks you will be responsible for helping the developers and implementers on new projects to offload tasks like basic configuring and data import into Fusion Manage.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Administration of Custom PLM/Vault Implementations. Using system login privileges and following documentation to correct known issues in Fusion Manage and Vault as issues/requests arise. Examples include:
- Creating/updating users in system
- Using pre-built automations as well as manual methods to modify and manage protected customer data
- Escalating issues that arise for undocumented processes
- Prepare documentation for common workflows. Examples include
- User Acceptance Testing Documentation
- Training Documentation
- Project Contributor: Work as a contributor to consulting projects, interfacing with both internal and external team members, following the approved project scope and communicating status, issues, and changes through to the appropriate people. Examples include:
- Cleanup of Excel Data prior to Importing to a New System
- Updating Terminology within system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- General knowledge of manufacturing business systems and/or processes (CRM, ERP, PDM, PLM, MES, and CAD)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Cloud System and Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Documentation Skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to follow directions
- Organized with good work habits
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR:
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript)
- Network Administration
- Design/Engineering
LOCATION & TERRITORY:
- Territory will cover clients across the US
- Willingness to travel overnight (less than 5%)
- Report to a D3 office located within 50 miles of your home address
- D3 will provide the required computer systems and software
- Accommodation and requirements for Remote-Worker-Exception
- Manager approval
- Home address exceeds 50 miles from the closest D3 office

COMPENSATION: Hourly
