Job Overview :
As a Part-Time Cleaning Company Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of cleaning jobs, managing other cleaners, ensuring that all jobs are properly completed, and handling some administrative duties. You will also fill in for cleaners when necessary, which could involve cleaning commercial, construction, or residential properties. This role is spaced out throughout the day, requiring checks on jobs at different times, such as 10 AM and 5 PM . The main focus is ensuring jobs are done with a high level of detail.
Responsibilities :
- Check on cleaning jobs at various locations to ensure quality and thoroughness.
- Manage a small team of cleaners, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Fill in for cleaners when needed, covering commercial, construction, or residential cleaning.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and available for each job.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, tracking job progress, and maintaining supplies.
- Communicate with cleaners and clients to address any concerns or adjustments needed.
