As a Branch Manager at Redwood Cleaning Company, you will oversee operations at our branch, ensuring that we deliver top-notch cleaning services while fostering a positive work environment. This role is vital in driving our mission forward by leading a team committed to excellence in customer service and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Walkthroughs & Onboarding
- Conduct initial walkthroughs with new clients to assess cleaning needs and set service expectations.
- Develop customized cleaning plans based on client requirements.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, including service agreements and scheduling.
Employee Onboarding & Relations
- Recruit, hire, and train new cleaning staff.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ongoing training to ensure service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with employees, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues promptly and professionally.
Business Growth & Client Retention
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand service contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team to align business development efforts.
Operational Oversight
- Supervise cleaning teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee scheduling, ensuring efficient coverage for all client locations.
- Work one night shift per week to oversee after-hours services and ensure nighttime staff accountability.
- Handle escalated client issues and implement solutions promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales and business development experience preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan).
