We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our expansion into the Helena market! As a Montana-based solar company with successful branches in Billings and Bozeman, we’re ready to grow – and we need the right leader to drive success.

Overview

The ideal candidate will have solar experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development, project management, and strategic planning. This role is critical in driving sales growth, managing profit and loss, and optimizing branch operations to ensure success in the Helena market.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
-Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence
- Manage profit and loss while identifying opportunities for growth and cost reduction
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the industry

Qualifications:

✔Proven managerial experience, preferably in solar or a service-oriented industry
✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills
✔ Expertise in sales strategy, business development, and project management
✔ Ability to drive revenue growth while managing profit and loss effectively
