What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician/Millwright position at Queen Horse Bedding of Texas?
Applicant must be able to troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, and some electrical.
Conduct PMs and modifications to equipment as needed due to wear, etc.
Welding experience.
Place orders for parts and outside services as needed.
Operate heavy equipment.
Practice plant/manufacturing safety.
History of Sawmill experience is a plus.
Summary
As a Maintenance Technician/Millwright, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in industrial mechanics and electrical experience to perform routine maintenance and repairs. Your premium skills in welding and hydraulics will be helpful in addressing complex mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Millwright in an industrial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance skills
- Proficiency in welding and understanding of schematics
- Familiarity with electrical systems and high/low voltage applications
- Ability to work with precision measuring instruments and hydraulics
