About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will play a dual role in leading the sales team and driving direct sales efforts. This position is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, increasing retention, and expanding our customer base through strategic relationship management and hands-on sales execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive retention and long-term value
  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and consultative selling
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress using CRM tools, and optimize team workflows
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales and customer success strategies with campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular reports on sales performance and client success metrics


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success, with a leadership background
  • Strong ability to manage, coach, and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strategic thinking approach
  • Experience using CRM systems (Dubsado experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Compensation & Growth
  • Probation Period (60 Days): Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential
  • Full-Time Transition: After successful completion, the role shifts to an hourly pay structure with performance-based bonuses
  • Leadership Growth: Opportunity to scale the customer success department and play a key role in company expansion
