About the Role:
As a Job Developer, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding individuals through career development opportunities, employer partnerships, and job readiness training. Your work will directly empower participants to overcome barriers and move closer to achieving their career dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Engagement & Partnerships: Cultivate strong connections with local businesses to secure internships, jobs, and mentorships for program participants.
- Participant Preparation: Lead workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and more! Be the guide participants need to succeed in the workplace.
- Program Impact: Organize job fairs, networking events, and coordinate internships to expand career opportunities.
- Alumni Support: Offer follow-up services and career counseling to ensure lasting success.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Social Work, Business, Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of job development experience with young adults (ages 18-30)
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools like Salesforce
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills
- Experience in employer engagement and job development
