Position Overview
QCH is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead the Community Resources for Employment and Development (CRED NYC) trades training programs within our College and Career Services division . This role is responsible for overseeing program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery for participants aged 18–30 who have been directly impacted by the justice system or reside in high-crime communities.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in community engagement, program management, and workforce development , along with a strong passion for client-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Program Management & Development
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trades training programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery and participant outcomes.
- Develop and implement program curricula, workshops, and activities tailored to participant needs.
- Monitor program performance using QCH’s Salesforce data system , making improvements as needed to enhance effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field ( Master’s degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in youth program management , ideally in community-based settings.
Proven ability to lead staff supervision, program design, and budget management
Experience working with at-risk youth and adult populations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with the Fair Chance Act is a plus.
