The Cash Replenishment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient replenishment of cash in ATMs and ITMs across our network. This role involves partnering with branch staff and external security providers to complete dual control cash replenishments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Preparation: Prepare cash to be added to ATMs and ITMs, adhering to strict security protocols.
- Cash Residuals: Remove, count, and balance cash residuals, accurately updating machine totals and performing thorough audits.
- Machine Maintenance: Clean and disinfect machines, replenish receipt paper as needed, and ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Trend Analysis: Review historical data to determine trends in machine usage, adjusting cash loads and ordering accordingly.
