Job Summary
The Enterprise Business Development Director will lead the development of strategic business initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and execute tactical plans to drive success.
Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue through strategic client engagement and solution development
* Establish and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, guidelines committee members, and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with Enterprise & regional sales teams, as well as Quest commercial sales teams
* Conduct client needs analysis and develop multi-disciplinary solutions
* Build value-based care offerings and adhere to established Business Acumen metrics
Qualifications:
* Minimum 7 years of successful healthcare, healthcare/private equity, and business development experience
* High-level account management experience
* C-Suite and Director Level network essential
* Contract & negotiation experience essential
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience negotiating with aggregators, consolidators, and private equity
* Deep understanding of diagnostics, capital, and supply chain/logistics market knowledge and relevant high-level relationships
* Functional understanding of Health Plan economics and integrations
* Business and financial acumen
* Entrepreneurial strategies
* Sales processes
* National strategic account management and solution selling
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred
