QHSE Supervisor / Lead – Offshore & Subsea Equipment & Services
Overview :
We are recruiting for a QHSE Supervisor / Lead for a well-established company in Houston’s Energy Corridor , specializing in offshore and subsea equipment, project execution, rentals, and services . This role is critical in driving safety, compliance, and quality initiatives while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct QHSE training , mentoring employees, and fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Lead internal and external audits , manage non-conformance reports, and ensure timely incident investigations and resolutions.
- Monitor vendor quality and HSE performance , ensuring corrective actions are effective.
- Maintain export compliance records and ensure accurate documentation control.
