Key Responsibilities:
- Support the review of contracts and internal legal documents
- Serve as a liaison with external attorneys when required
- Assist in contract negotiations with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare monthly CCIP/OCIP reports as necessary
- Monitor and facilitate business licensing and registration
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in legal administration; Construction and Paralegal certification or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of contract language and terminology
- Ability to review construction contracts and provide revised verbiage as needed
- Effective multitasking and time management skills under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing software
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
