Job Title: HRIS Administrator
Our client, a prominent organization based in Buckhead, seeks an experienced HRIS Administrator to oversee the optimal functioning of their Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and efficient data management within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and process correction.
- Manage system updates, communicate changes, upgrades, or known issues to stakeholders, and review data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR assistants, generalists, and HR Business Partners to enhance system functionality, integrate new features, and optimize reporting.
- Develop and maintain setup details for all system configurations, ensuring compliance with business rules, policies, and security protocols.
- Establish and manage data tables, structures, files, and interfaces to ensure seamless data integration and integrity.
- Work closely with HR Leadership, Payroll, Finance, and IT to facilitate timely and efficient processing of business transactions.
- Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes, making recommendations for improvement and considering the implementation of new platforms.
- Create annual performance review templates, distribute them to managers, and provide training materials, process coaching, metrics reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design managerial-level salary plans for merit increases, following directives from compensation managers and HR Leadership.
- Identify new functionality and recommend/implement changes to align with corporate and departmental strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with Workday experience being a requirement.
- Previous experience in the assigned line of business and/or banking industry is preferred.
- A working knowledge of state and federal employment laws is also preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a Master's or MBA being preferred.
