Job Description
- Ensure the optimal function of the HRIS system, including set-up, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, modules, ongoing process improvement activities and provides metrics to bring greater efficiency to HR as well as the entire company.
- First point of contact for HRIS challenges to include research, resolution and process correction. Also is the main contact for standard and custom reporting needs
- Responsible for system updates, appropriate communication of HRIS system changes, upgrades or known issues, reviews data within the HRIS system for accuracy, updates as needed to ensure the system is accurately reflecting the correct data in real time, works with HR assistants, generalist and HRBP's for system upgrades, enhancements, and data integration.
