Marketing Manager

Our client in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team!

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and align with business goals.

Pay: $68K-$102K DOE

Location: Sandy Springs, GA - Hybrid schedule after training

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of marketing strategies across all communities
• Collaborate with the internal creative team and outside agency to design content, promotional materials and community awareness campaigns that align with the company’s brand.
• Track event participation, gather feedback, and report on event outcomes to measure impact and success.
• Budget planning and tracking
• Event and campaign planning and execution for digital, print and social media platforms.
• Development of marketing assets for all projects (video, photos, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local businesses.
• Serve as the point of contact for community outreach efforts and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
• Organize and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local sponsorships to promote the company’s presence and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in journalism, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field
• 5 years relevant and progressive experience
• Experience with WordPress, Pardot, InDesign and Adobe creative suite is an asset
• Experience with digital strategies and social media
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented priorities with ability to multi-task and create, follow and execute project plans
