Job Overview
Quest Fine Jewelers will be hiring an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and enable revenue generation across the team.
- Manage communication channels, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Provide assistant to organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Coordinate inventory processes, including receiving shipments, returning inventory to vendors, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, letters, and other documentation.
- Develop and maintain a systematic filing system and uphold office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and tasks from leadership.
- Participate in team meetings and adhere to established protocols.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with POS systems and database management.
- Familiarity with inventory processes and vendor relations.

Schedule
Flexible hours with part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
