Job Description:
The Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. This position requires the ability to operate a territory from end to end, demonstrating a deep understanding of Quest's value proposition and the ability to solution-sell.
Responsibilities:
1. Obtain leads, develop prospect lists, and identify potential clients while maintaining a current territory/book of business.
2. Maintain current and accurate databases related to sales and marketing.
3. Develop and present sales presentations, proposals, and other sales documents based on data that determines client challenges, needs, business issues, and Quest solutions.
4. Close sales and coordinate, produce, and execute contract documents, developing alternate contract models to better meet client needs and business objectives.
5. Identify, qualify, and develop horizontal sales opportunities.
6. Develop and implement strategies that result in the achievement of sales, market share, account retention, or market growth targets.
7. Enhance, develop, and sustain continued business development for the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in operating territory management from end to end.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
