Engineering Project Manager

Job Requirements

Quest Global is looking for a Project Manager who will work with various cross functional teams and managers to drive projects from inception to closure. Specific skillsets will be project planning tools like Microsoft Project Operations (MSPO), familiarity with spreadsheets, knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability, and ability to learn new processes. The scope includes:

• Developing project schedules and WBS, estimating work hours.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Report and escalate any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits as needed.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required
• 10 years of experience in project coordination or management
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Experience in MS Project
• High personal energy and self-accountability
