- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management and lead the analysis of key financial trends and variances to forecast.
- Can communicate monthly financial results (understanding key drivers and adjustments) and present them to the shop floor planners, production schedulers, and materials planners, to ensure on-time delivery is met to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze cost trends, and gross margin results, develop reports that highlight and communicate significant changes, and provide financial guidance to the operations team on cost accounting matters.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual financial plan and monthly/weekly financial outlooks.
- Work closely with management to understand business conditions, and drive forecast ownership and accountability in the organization.
- Review, summarize, and implement accounting requirements and finance process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the functional departments related to ERP systems, management, transfer pricing, product sourcing, etc.
- Design and implement improvements in financial processes to meet continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Participate in other projects related to cost-reduction initiatives, manufacturing spending, and operational improvements.
- Ability to optimize cash flow, establish inventory targets with purchasing teams, coordinate accounts receivable activities with the shared service center, and approve capital requests.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business/operations/supply chain or a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ERP
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and demonstrated success within a planning role.
- Proficient in ERP and Shop Floor Execution.
- Good understanding of Epicor Inventory Management.
- Experience in generating and communicating capacity plans.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in generating and communicating capacity plans.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS office skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize workload, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a shop floor and office environment
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
