Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify with Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) for software application license agreement that are impacted by the divestiture, evaluating the obligations under these contracts and spotting potential risks and opportunities.
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing, roughly 200 applications under 190 suppliers, necessary documents like consent letters, RFIs, RFPs, and award documents to ensure everything is legally sound and meets TSA policies.
- Engaging and overseeing suppliers involved in the TSA transition process, ensuring effective communication, and resolving any contractual or administrative issues that arise.
- Keeping track of the progress of these TSA transitions, including keeping an eye on timelines, costs, and performance, and regularly reporting this information to TSA management and other stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks during the transition and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks to keep the process on track and within compliance.
Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- 5 years in a Supply Chain oriented industry/role, Supply Chain contracts (specifically license agreements) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills to oversee the timeline, cost, and performance metrics associated with the TSA transitions.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, with a solid understanding of risk management strategies.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to TSAs and divestitures, ensuring that all actions are compliant.
- Excellent communication skills to manage contractor engagement, handle documentation, and report progress to TSA management and other stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of the TSA transition are handled efficiently and effectively.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- If position requires shop floor presence, a substantial amount of walking and standing is required
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs, if required
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
