Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify with Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) for software application license agreement that are impacted by the divestiture, evaluating the obligations under these contracts and spotting potential risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing, roughly 200 applications under 190 suppliers, necessary documents like consent letters, RFIs, RFPs, and award documents to ensure everything is legally sound and meets TSA policies.
  • Engaging and overseeing suppliers involved in the TSA transition process, ensuring effective communication, and resolving any contractual or administrative issues that arise.
  • Keeping track of the progress of these TSA transitions, including keeping an eye on timelines, costs, and performance, and regularly reporting this information to TSA management and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying potential risks during the transition and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks to keep the process on track and within compliance.

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • 5 years in a Supply Chain oriented industry/role, Supply Chain contracts (specifically license agreements) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee the timeline, cost, and performance metrics associated with the TSA transitions.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, with a solid understanding of risk management strategies.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to TSAs and divestitures, ensuring that all actions are compliant.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage contractor engagement, handle documentation, and report progress to TSA management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of the TSA transition are handled efficiently and effectively.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • If position requires shop floor presence, a substantial amount of walking and standing is required
  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early
  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs, if required
  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
