Responsibilities
- This is a heavy producing desk with some overtime necessary.
- Needs to be extremely organized and able to handle multiple deals going on at a time.
- Billable requirement of 1500 hours annually.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Egnyte, iManage and basic technological and research skills necessary to pull requested documents from online resources and familiarity with legal technology and computer databases required.
- 3-5 Years as a Paralegal with Transactional Law
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
About the Office/ Hours
- 5 days in office
- 45 people in this office
- 8:30am-5:30pm
