Skill Instructor Responsibilities
- Provide constant and equal supervision, engagement, and support to all program participants
- Facilitate skill development programs for assigned participants including required instruction, assistance, prompting, and documentation.
- Implement personal care, meal, and behavior service protocols and provide care for program participants, including activities of daily living (personal hygiene needs, toileting, mealtime assistance, and repositioning)
- Monitor and report any issues related to the personal care and medical needs of people as well as any needs for wheelchairs or adaptive equipment
- Accurately administer medications to clients
- High school diploma/ GED required
- Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship
- Read, write, understand, and give/follow directions in English
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
