KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Lead the IT team in setting strategic goals, managing talent, developing IT bench strength and cultivating a high-performance culture that supports company objectives.
- Lead the development of IT priorities and budgets, ensuring technology investments directly support and drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Proactively align IT staffing and resources with company priorities, ensuring seamless integration between IT, manufacturing, and business systems.
- Anticipate and resolve complex technical issues to enhance operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate technical initiatives to company leaders, simplifying complex concepts while fostering positive working relationships.
- Oversee high-impact technical projects, ensuring they support business objectives and deliver value across the organization.
- Establish effective vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring building effective external partnerships.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate technologies that drive business performance, operational agility, and long-term success.
- Ensure swift resolution of escalated issues to maintain operational continuity and minimize disruptions.
