As an integral part of Questel's Sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads & meetings to support Sales teams to drive business.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and well organized person to work on the following duties :

  • Generate qualified monthly meetings through outbound calling, email campaigns and social networks (Linkedin, Xing, ...) for the sales team on all products and service lines
  • Cooperation with sales managers and map the territories for prospective sales leads
  • Build individual approach strategy to penetrate accounts in each territory
  • Follow-up on Questel events and communications (webinars, newsletters, etc.)
  • Tracking and monitoring of monthly goals

✅ A first successfull work experience with inside sales and / or cold calling 

✅ In addition, any combination of education, professional experience, and training that provide the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Confidence on the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch solutions & services on a high level 
  • Active listening skills to assess customers' needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and regularly report on progress
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments, driven by results and ambitious to surpass the set objectives.
  • Fluency in German and in English
