This is an exciting opportunity to become the next Director of Marketing at a growing Brokerage General Agency. Our client is seeking a dynamic Corporate Marketing professional to lead up multi-channel Marketing efforts for this Sales driven organization. We would love to find someone with experience working in Insurtech, FinTech or WealthTech (Financial Advisors, RIA’s, Banking, etc.).
We are searching for someone who is data driven with proven experience in Corporate Multi-Channel marketing (testing, measuring, reporting, planning, content design, messaging, social media, sequencing and trade show prep). The ideal candidate will have some exp working in a smaller company or start up environment as this is a hands on role, but will report to and work very closely with the CEO.
This client is located in the NYC area and being hybrid (3 in 2 remote) is required. Relocation assistance will be offered if needed.
Position Summary
This is a strategic and business operations oriented role with direct day to day responsibility for leading and guiding marketing strategy and operations with the goal of driving new sales growth and expansion domestic. Reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities Include
This is not a remote position due to the close working relationship with senior leaders so you will need to be in the New York City area. It is hybrid (3 in 2 out)

Position Summary

Responsibilities Include
- Take ownership of marketing strategy, road-mapping, technology/tools and vendor management
- Budget management, HR issues
- Developing reporting and communication to senior management
- Presentations and data analytics
- Demand generation and marketing campaign development and management
- Drive and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Oversight of the overall Marketing plan and execution of the plan
- Manage and track expenses and costs
- Consult with senior leaders on lifetime client value and acquisition costs
- Work closely with other senior leaders in Sales, Data, IT, etc
- Optimize and improve process and workflow, systems, etc
- Manage and develop the support team
- Negotiate contracts and manage outside vendors
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related
- 7-10 years Corporate Marketing experience
- Experience with a technology driven co is preferred
- Omni channel experience (Digital, Social Media, Traditional)
- Proven experience in strategy and business operations
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to influence senior level leaders
- Experience developing the vision and strategy for Marketing
- Experience with related tools and technology
