Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Install and configure low voltage systems, including fire alarms and IDS.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to design system layouts that meet their specific needs.
- Utilize remote access software for system monitoring and management.
- Perform inspections to detect any potential issues or malfunctions within the systems.
- Provide technical support for computer hardware related to low voltage systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low voltage technology.
Experience
- Proven experience in low voltage installations and maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems, locksmithing, IDS, and computer networking is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
- Experience in system design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
