Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring conditions.
- Provide commercial cleaning services for offices or other facilities as required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of various cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
- A reliable mode of transportation for commuting between job sites may be necessary.
