Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and execute all sales and marketing activities within the Pacific Northwest region to drive revenue growth and market share for Quick Dry Restoration. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales plans, and marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain referral partner relationships, including plumbing companies, insurance agents, and property management companies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer and referral partner relationships.
- Oversee other marketing activities as required, including digital marketing.
- Analyze market trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
