Position Summary :
The Business & Relationship Development Manager - North Seattle will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in North Seattle and the surrounding North Puget Sound region. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for North Seattle and the North Puget Sound region, focusing on building relationships with key referral sources such as plumbing companies, insurance agents, property management companies, and real estate professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist with other sales and business development responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.

Salary : $50,000.00 - $80,000 plus Commission

This role is based out of our Kent, WA office, with a focus on North Seattle and the North Puget Sound region.
