Job Requirements
As a Maintenance Technician at Quick Hire Staffing, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to maintain production and facility equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities by setting up, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to prevent malfunctions and extend their lifespan.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments on machines and equipment to restore functionality.
- Prepare machinery for scheduled production runs, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Perform emergency repairs on machines, equipment, and plant facilities during production, working efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Complete hot work permits to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Possess trade school certification as an Industrial/Electrician/Millwright or Industrial/Mechanic.
- Hold a Powdered Industrial Truck Permit and Aerial Work Permit.
- Have minimum of three years of maintenance experience as a Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
