Operations and Fulfillment Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Fulfillment Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, manufacturing planning, and direct-to-customer order fulfillment. This role ensures seamless production, inventory management, order processing, and shipping while maintaining high operational standards. You will also lead training efforts, create SOPs, and support customer service resolution for fulfillment-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of leadership, operational expertise, and technical knowledge, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement across all aspects of Quick ‘n Brite’s supply chain and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.

• Manage inventory levels, determine needs, and initiate purchasing requests.

• Schedule carrier pickups, manage shipping presets, and oversee product labeling, packaging, and pallet-building processes.

• Maintain organized, safe, and clean warehouse and equipment.

2. Manufacturing and Production Management

• Plan and oversee product manufacturing, including cleaning products for retail, wholesale, and white-label customers.

• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with inventory and lead-time requirements to ensure timely delivery.

3. Fulfillment and Shipping

• Manage direct-to-customer order fulfillment across platforms like the company website, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, eBay, and Etsy.

• Ensure accurate weights, dimensions, and carrier selection for all orders.

• Create shipment/pickup requests and records, including LTL shipments for Amazon and wholesale orders.

4. Employee Management and Training

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and manufacturing staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to standards.

• Create and update SOPs, ensuring employees are trained on current processes and standards.

• Document training sessions and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

5. Customer Service Support

• Review customer service issues related to fulfillment, shipping, and manufacturing.

• Provide prompt resolution and implement process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

6. Wholesale and White-Label Customer Fulfillment

• Receive and process sales orders, providing lead times and identifying purchasing needs.

• Oversee the manufacturing and shipment of white-label and wholesale products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

7. Continuous Improvement and Maintenance

• Identify workflow and process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Oversee building and equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in operations management, fulfillment, and logistics.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and shipping logistics.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok, and eBay.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or white-label product fulfillment.

• Proficiency with inventory tracking and logistics tools.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
