Quick Oil Company is a local family owned business established in Perry in 1951. We are growing and in need of additional office staff.
Therefore, we are accepting applications for full time employment for an Customer Service Representative with an emphasis in Accounts/Receivable and administrative skills.
The candidate must be friendly, organized , flexible, motivated and possess strong computer and time management skills. They must be proficient in Excel and Word, experienced in Accounts Receivable and have the ability to learn new skills. QuickBooks and payroll experience is a plus. This position will include various additional responsibilities including assisting owner and office manager, account reconciling and other duties. This position will also have the opportunity develop in other areas including payroll, A/P and othr duties.
Base pay starts at $35,000 /-, depending on experience and skillsets. We offer a Simple IRA, paid holidays, fully paid health insurance and paid vacation starting with 2 weeks during the first year of service.
