Architectural Drafter, Remote.
In the role of Architectural Drafter, we are looking for individuals with retail design and architecture experience specifically for pre-design, design, programming, planning and permitting activities. With experience working with teams of multiple designers, AORs, EORs and consultants. Experience in car wash design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research due diligence needed, draft test fits and preliminary concepts based on documentation provided.
- Ability to coordinate with REM’s and consultants as needed during investigation period and as directed by Design Manager.
- Actively engage and partner with Design Manager in production of test fits meeting deadlines and ensuring standards are being implemented.
- Complete supplemental internal drawing sets as needed.
- Provide input and ensure timely responses for Test Fit Requests.
- Refine SOP’s as needed to optimize efficiencies.
- Ensure proper reporting and data governance.
- Communicate succinctly and transparently to all stakeholders.
- Deliver projects utilizing the design and construction platforms; software; databases and tools.
- Engage with business line leadership at regular intervals.

Face to face and / or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required in order to perform the job. Role is expected to be Remote Work. Travel is as needed, anticipate less than 15%.
