Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time recruiter who is tech-savvy and Microsoft Office efficient to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the recruitment industry and be able to work independently. The position requires some days to be onsite at client locations.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and their status in the hiring process
- Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs
- Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company's services
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work either 6am to 11am or 2pm to 7pm, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
