Position : IT Coordinator
Position Overview
The IT Coordinator will provide technical assistance and support to employees with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT problems, maintaining system documentation, managing IT assets, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring efficient and professional support.
- Apply operating system updates and patches in line with company procedures and best practices.
- Deploy, install, and configure new IT equipment, including computers and mobile devices across locations.
- Maintain an inventory of IT-related assets.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and procedures.
- Onboard and support new and existing users with pre-existing technologies.
- Assist with testing, reviewing, and implementing technology solutions and upgrades.
