General Description:
Production Packers are responsible for Packing orders. As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for matching a name on a packing slip to a name on a shipping label. You will also be responsible for matching the description of a product on a packing slip to the physical product. Quickbox is a fulfillment center and Packing is a main operation of our business. We are looking for team-oriented employees who are flexible and able to work on different clients and in different areas to fulfill the needs of the Company.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Matching labels to packing slips.
- Identifying correct products and quantities from Packing Slips and Master Pick Tickets.
- Communicating with Managers, Leads, and Packers.
- Learning through Constructive Criticism.
- Meeting targeted Orders Per Hour (OPH) outlined by Production Management.
- Able to come to work on time and one the days scheduled consistently, with few or no absences.
Pay Rate: $18.54/hr
Schedule: Saturday-Monday 8:00AM-6:30PM

Requirements
Job Qualifications Mandatory:
1) Literacy – Must be able to read.
2) Attention to detail.
3) Dexterity – able to use a tape gun and/or Tape machine.
4) Able to Stand and/or walk up to 10 hours a day.
5) Available to work up to 10 hours a day.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Simple Math – Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Dividing.
2) Basic knowledge of the English Language.
3) High School Graduate
Work Environment:
This is a Denver based position operating out of a Warehouse environment.
Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows:
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Work environment is indoors.
- Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
Physical Demands:
- Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
- Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
- Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
- Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
- Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs – 50 lbs.
- Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
Contingencies:
Any offer of employment will be contingent upon:
1) Satisfactory results of background and reference checks.
2) Proficiency testing in Microsoft Office applications.
